For our fourth Sam Coupe game, Andrew was keen to work on a shoot-em-up, to hone his scrolling and high framerate skills on the Sam Coupe. SAM Spiker has been slow going due to time constraints for us both. Still, I managed to set aside some time to do graphics for Andrew (which he seems pleased with), but I need to do more for the level bosses and intro stages. I hope to get to this soon! Andrew's been improving scrolling speeds and adding various game elements such as homing missiles, changing colour palettes on the fly etc etc. Suffice to say, this game is going to be a Sam Coupe corker when it's finished!
